sendTA invests in professional learning, so assistants feel confident, and schools receive staff who are prepared to support pupils effectively.
Before beginning work in schools, Teaching Assistants complete the online course followed by a four day in person training programme.
The programme is developed and delivered by Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Educational Psychologists from the Words First clinical team.
